I love it! Walking is my favorite!! I currently have been walking with Leslie Sansone DVDs in my livingroom, but I am so looking frorward to spring where I can get outside again and enjoy all that fresh air and sunshine! I love Leslie’s workouts! They are not high intensity, but you can bump that up if needed. I have a 1, 2, 3 and 4 mile DVDs. I also have a 3 fast miles that I really enjoy. Like someone mentioned above, go on YouTube and find something you like. There are so many choices, so you will find something. Good luck!!!
