I'm 55 and have lost 60 lbs in the past year. However, the proportions aren't the same anymore. That middle is just so darn thick, no matter how much I lose.

Hot cereal - McCann's steel cut oatmeal. I add a few drops of maple syrup and some blueberries to that. Keeps me full all morning. Cold cereal - Silver Palate Grainberry Apples and Cinnamon flavor or Cheerios.

Great question! I absolutely WILL NOT work out with anyone. My workouts are done right at home. However, I am thinking about maaaaaaybe joining a group yoga class in the future.

I fell while running my Labrador Retriever in an agility trial. I tore up my knees pretty badly, and was also told that I had bone on bone arthritis in both knees. I was told I will need both knees replaced. While waiting for a bone bruise, sprained ACL/MCL and torn meniscus to heal, I was off from trialling for 5 months…
