I drink a Premier Protein Shake every morning after my workout. Low carb, low sugar and 30 grams of protein for 160 cals. It keeps me full and I just feel better since I started them.

I'm 5'4 and my goal right now is 155 would love to be a size 10. I'm not really sure if I'll want to stop there once I achieve that goal but, for now it sounds great. And since I have NEVER been that weight since jr. high, I wouldn't know what weight I would need to be for a size 10 lol.

I like to have a pic taken of our daughter and put it on something...calendar, mug, etc and give him that or tickets for them to do something daddy/daughter-ish like mini golf, movies, bowling.

My favorite quick and easy way is to lay a square of foil out and spray with cooking spray. Then I add either a sauce, pineapple ring and green pepper ring, some salsa verde or rojo, ff salad dressing or just about anything tasty for moisture and seal it up.
