Definitely fish/seafood of any kind...how can you eat something that smells so bad? I bought a BBQ with a burner on it just so my hubby wouldn't stink up the whole house when he cooks it ;)

Chile Verde enchiladas made with lean pork (frozen from a previous dinner) wrapped with corn tortillas, and low fat Mex. blend cheese. Yummy.
