I need the gym too just goes to show you that everyone has their own way to get to the same goal. I go to the YMCA very family oriented not a bunch of bodybuilder types plus affordable being based on your income so I really enjoy it and there's lots of classes to take to give your workout a variety also, However going to…

At the gym I go to it asks for my weight and age on the elliptical and treadmill so that is another reason I go by that since I don't have my HRM yet but when I do the shred at home and stuff of course I have no way of telling

A Heart Rate monitor would be the closest most accurate but if your like me you probably don't have one (on my wish list) but I personally think the exercise machines are closer but Im going to see what others posts to see what they say and I'm sure most people will say invest in a good HRM

I have the same problem when I have a day where Ive had a bad day where my eating is concerned or when I dont exercise, that one day always turns into 3 or 4. So I think if anything I might have days where I dont have as much intensity and maybe just walk or do housework.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback and encouragement! Last time I lost weight as well as this time I was on my meds both times I was told if I was to go off my meds I would get sleep and after too long without my body would start literally shutting down(I was born with hypothyroidism and my mom was told this by my endocrinologist as a child, I dont want to scare you) so maybe…
