I think the best thing to do is to start off slow maybe for now make it a goal to just go gym 3x a week and work your way up to 5 or 6 x until it doesnt feel like a chore.. Just WW for me not once but twice the first time I did it at home on my own lost 65 lbs with combination of going to the gym for about six months, the second time I did meetings and I lost about 26 lbs in 3 months along with gym, now I do this go to the gym and follow like high protein low carb for the most part

Yes maybe not every week but when what your doing gets too easy increase the jog time and decrease the time you walk until you get to the point your running actually have you checked out C25K? That s kind of what your doing

Start with the healthy stuff and see if your full and then allow for a few small bites of indulgences or like someone else said make this your one cheat day a month

As another MFPer told me you have to start out with stuff you like If you like dancing maybe try something like Zumba or a dancing DVD workout, if you like swimming try swimming laps doing water aerobics, so start with stuff you like until you get comfortable with a exercise routine

I was wearing 18/20 and within 10 lbs the 20s were way to big, 18s are getting pretty loose now and Ive lost 20lbs and I fit in a size 16 too snug but they zipped and buttoned but i figure I will wait another 10 lbs before I consider myself to be a size 16 yet

Go to message boards and you will see home-recent posts My topics then signature click on signature and there will be a box for you to paste it in and then under neath it will say save changes and click on that and see if it works
