I upped my cals from 1200 to 1330. Kept my cardio and strength training the same, ate back my exercise cals, and lost 1lb in my first week :smile:

My Auntie swears by trampolining. Literally, she will go into the back garden with her kids and bounce and play and jump all over the trampoline, for hours! Single Vodka + diet coke = 56cals. I normally have around 8 on a night out, which is just under 500cals. When I know I'm going out, I burn 500 cals at the gym, and don't eat it back.
