I am the Junk Food QUEEN! If it's bad for you.... I want it!: Chinese food KFC McDonalds Pizza Indian food Chips with cheese and mayo! (SO gross but SO good!) Chicken nuggets Pretty much anything drowning in whipped cream from Starbucks. Wahh I'm hungry ha :sad:

I did this for 5 days and lost 6 lbs :) Went back to eating 1200 cals a day and kept it off x

When somebody takes a picture of you when you're off-guard. You don't have time to suck in your tummy, put your hand on your hip and tilt your head back - the famous 'skinny' pose. Then you see the picture and you look MASSIVE. That is heart-breaking. THAT is how everybody around you sees you..... everyday. Bleugh.

I've lost 4lbs so far this week and I have a meal and a night out on Saturday so my goal is to stick within my calories in food AND drink. Something I have never achieved before. But I am determined :)

Water. Water and more water. I have an office job where I sit at my desk all day every day. I keep a pint glass on my desk and whenever it gets close to empty I fill it up. I never let it get empty. Try carrot and cucumber sticks with hummous or celery sticks with low fat peanut butter that always does the trick with me. Eat these whilst drinking a pint of water you will feel very full in no time. :wink: xxxxx
