Not man good choices there, but if you get KFC Grilled chicken and some corn on the cob, the calories are not that bad.

Same advice from me on this one as well. Cut one meal at a time and as each one is cut out...try to schedule your meals to be spread out evenly through the day .

Of course, this is just personally how I see it, but... Nerd = highly educated in one of the computer (particularly programming), scientificic, or mathematical fields to the point that they tend to lose others when the subject and because of their studies and obsession with said field...they tend to lose social skills.…

I liked Alana until that last episode she was on. Socially awkward and a bit annoying,...sure. She just turned into such a bitter player when she was sent to the Nerd-off.

See, to me, only half of these folks are nerds. Nasa Scientist = Nerd. A guy that reads text books for fun = Nerd. Now Ivan...Ivan is a geek. The girl that lost to Genevieve in the comic book contest (can't remember her name) .. .she was a geek and so is Danielle.

I watch the show...hehe, and yeah, I've noticed that the experts keep getting whacked. I think it comes down to over-confidence. Every expert thinks they are going to rule their area...but the x-factor keeps killing them. As far as Danielle goes...well, she' annoying, but I'd do her  At this point, I just hope that…

It's in our instinctive nature as Hunter/Gatherers. Just be glad that our creeping no longer ends with a club to the head and then dragging you off into the bushes. For the most part.

I got this.... FAKE VS. REAL FAKE FRIENDS: Never ask for food. REAL FRIENDS: Are the reason you have no food. FAKE FRIENDS: Call your parents Mr./Mrs. REAL FRIENDS: Call your parents DAD/MOM. FAKE FRIENDS: Bail you out of jail and tell you what you did was wrong. Provided your YMCA has the same machines as mine, you'll want to use the arm extension machine to work your triceps (that is the main muscle on the back of your upper arm). That said, you would be best served to just do the whole arm. As just an example...as the bicep becomes more toned, it would pull the skin into a more…

Yes, he was wrong for lying about hospital policy, and that is why she will get paid. Should have just been honest. On the same token though, his reason was right as well. He wanted her to go to a hospital that would provide better care during the birth and after, but that's what he should have said.

I go alone, but that's just how I started and I've never felt the need to find a partner for the gym. I will say that if you feel it will help your motivation, then go for it! Just make sure you find a partner that wants to work out as much as you and isn't going to turn your session into a talk-fest.
