Aack! I was to give up bread this week and everthing was going swimmingly until yesterday. I went out with a friend for east indian food and ordered the naan without thinking. It was half eaten by the time I remembered I wasn't supposed to eat bread. I still ate the other half but I did it with a little guilt LOL! Oh well,…

Haven't eaten bread yet but came close once or twice, LOL! It's crazy how you just automatically reach for something without really thinking about it. Maybe the day will dawn where I crave celery or roma tomatoes but for now, man how I miss my bread!!! Everyone's doing great, keep at it :)

Age: 36 Current weight: 234.5 Goal weight: 159 for now but that might change! I'm starting the 30 day shred tomorrow if anyone else wants to start with me. Figured it was a great way to jump start the New Year. Happy New Year everyone :)

We're the same age and might have the same birthday too! You can add me if you'd like but I should warn you that I'm going through a bit of a stall right now and not sure what the hell I'm doing weight loss wise. I'm hopeful I'll be back on track soon. I don't eat meat, fish or eggs. Not sure what you like eating but maybe grab some rice (brown basmati is great); canned chickpeas; canned kidney beans; frozen fruit; frozen veggies; oatmeal or cereal; milk or soy milk. I love tofurkey products and there's a great selection at safeway (I only grab them on sale though).…

I'm sure this question's already been asked/answered but I missed it - how are you guys logging this excercise on this site? I put it as 20mins of general circuit training. Does that sound about right? Just did Day 1 today :)
