I'm 5'5 a little over. I weighed 185 at my heaviest and am now 175, my goal weight is 135. When I was younger i would say my healthy weight was 125, but for my frame...i think that would look too thin for me. I would be happy with 135.

Well the first couple days I lost 3 pounds and then 5, now i'm at 6 pounds!! So I believe its working! I do however drink a ton of water. I would suggest you get a book instead of getting it on your nook! Theres a ton of flipping in between pages from the weeks the recipes the rules and the workouts! I have a kindle and i returned it and got the book.... :)
