I gained less than a pound (.8 to be exact) Christmas, New Years, and a torn medial meniscus so no exercise for two weeks. But I am confident that will drop this week! Back at it hard core!

Be around for my kids and to be a good example for them. And clothing choices. Skinny people have much more choices! :)
