Lost 55 pounds and I have a little bit- but really nothing that anyone else would notice except me- I believe age has a lot to do with it as well as genetics. I don't think it would have been an issue 10-15 years ago. It took me about a year and a half.

Wow that is a long and winding road you were on. Must have been very discouraging too- but you kept trying different things. Who knew it could be hormones out of whack and then your "anger med" making it worse! So glad you found what the problem was!

What is the name of the pre-C25K program and is it free? Also- anyone know of any free C25K apps that are good for iPhone? I started looking last night and they say free but then they want you to pay for the "rest of the program" or something. Surely there's a good free one out there right?

I hit several plateaus before getting to my goal. A few things I did were- count macros, change up exercising- do different things different days.
