Mine's got to be biscuits. They're at work, home, friend's houses, everywhere! I'm ok if I don't eat them but once I have one. . . Coca-cola has to be my other one but that's hardly ever in the house so it isn't as bad as the biscuits.

I did a speech on this for English class. What I found was many people put back on the weight because they couldn't keep following the plan. It isn't like this for everyone but I think some just want the easy option of just letting someone else do the thinking for them. Just eat well and exercise. No need to spend more on…

At the moment i'm using a set of 1kg weights, but looking at this I think I need to move up to the 2kg set (it's the heaviest I have). Thanks for the indirect push everyone! Haha.

Majorly excited for this! I tried 30DS a few months back but didn't stick it out. . . As others know i'll be doing it then there's more motivation to stick it out. Devising a schedule tonight, ready to finish by December! Lets GO!

At the gym today there were a lot of girls wearing Vans, Hollister and Superdry clothing and lots of make-up. Why feel the need to sweat out your expensive clothes?? It's a gym! You don't look good to go to the gym, you go to the gym to look good.
