I've noticed it too. Don't worry about it. The nice thing about MFP is anyone can join. Most people are pretty awesome, but some are Negative Nancy's that nag worse than an overbearing, intruding mother who doesn't know when to cut the apron strings.

We are definitely our own worst critic. I am feeling the same way. The main thing is to not let it demotivate you. Eventually you will see results. The main thing is to stick with the program you are on and do not give up!

I have! They are posted on MFP profile. I had my husband take them. I asked him and my sisters for their honest opinions, and they all said in a rather uncertain tone that "Maybe there are some changes around the stomach." I'm thinking I should add more weight bearing exercises for 2013.

Very true! I just consider losing a stone a significant amount of weight, and yet I see no results. Must think positive!

Sugar is addictive and destructive. I am the same way; if there are snacks in the house, I will eat them.
