I'm the baby of the group - I'm 32, but I've been in menopause since I was 30 (freaking genetics). I was on HRT for a year, but decided that I needed to take things into my own hands if I wanted to avoid being on hormones for 30+ years, potentially. I started working out 4-5 times a week, starting eating better, and began…

Another 100% true story: peaches will kill you. I know this because I ate one one time, and it made my throat swell shut and I almost died. Yet another 100% true story: humans should also not eat avocados because they make my tongue swell up and go numb. Edited to say: antecdotes about someone's intolerance to something…

I have a compressed disk in my lower back that is at risk of herniating if I don't take care of it, so I've been working with a trainer and my doctor to help through exercise. Back extension exercises have been the most helpful for me - on the sitting back extension machine, I am trying to work up to using 90 lbs of…

You look fantastic!! At risk of sounding like everyone else, I love the potato picture!! I think of my weightloss in terms of 5 lb. bags of flour....just gives me a visual. :)

As well you should! Thanks for the idea....I think I'll join you. :)

Not gonna lie - I feel kind of bad that I have missed out on all of this. :(

Seriously?? How does someone else having fake boobs affect your life? It doesn't. And in my opinion, the fact that they survived cancer gives them license to get all the plastic surgery they want. They are survivors - you should celebrate that fact with them, not judge them because they want to look like they did before…
