Hi Lidl do a selection of low fat cheese and yoghurt, they come in the standard boxes, about three mixed in per layer. The cream cheese is 0.2% fat I think, and they do the 15% fat grated in a bag 200g for £1.59 or such like. Quark is very nice zero fat soft cheese too, Tesco stock this in the uk.

The database is like all databases, it depends on the intelligence of the search terms, the accuracy of the data input and the ability to interpret the answers. Surely in a box of 6 eggs you will get different actual numbers of calories, not all eggs are the same size! I understand that the frustration of a new data heavy…

Oh this is so hard to understand. I think the people who are all fit and lovely and tonned and muscly think/know it's important that they eat enough calories to meet there exercising? I think there is an unsaid doubt that people either don't work out there energy used on exercise or calories consumed right, and therefore…

I have 68lb to loose similar weights to you, I am 42. You look amazing, 7 months is a long time, I am really in awe of you, well done you!
-
Hell, it's your business why you want to loose it in a hurry. Personally I would split it up into 2 weekly chunks. See if you can loose 7lb in the 1st 2 weeks, then have a weekend off if you have. Try 5:2 fasting after that, you won't get so bored. Get a dry wipe board and weigh once a week and plot your weight Don't…

Good luck with what ever you choose to do. Just remember that opinions are like Bottom Holes, everyone has one!

It depends entirely on what you want to do, split or all in one its up to you.

My Wife did the Cambridge diet, 500 calories, Ketosis, all that Jazz, she lost 1lb a day doing that. Really the question is what are you happy to loose from your life, what exercise are you happy to add into your life, to get the end result you want. Saying you should have started earlier, well hindsight is wonderful. I…
