In rare cases men can actually grow a little breast tissue. My brother is an athlete and has always been fit and was never overweight, but he had little man boobs over his pecks. He had them cosmetically removed and is very happy he did.

I've been stuck in a plateau myself for a couple of weeks now. So I switched up my exercise and I'm down just around .4 this week. It's not much, but it's something.

You must rest the mucles you worked on with weight training for 48 hours before lifting again. Cardio in between is fine. Since you just started lifting I would suggest only light cardio at first becuase you will most likely be very sore and you don't want to injure yourself.

Short term may "work" but it's going to be mainly water weight. I would suggest eating normally for a day or two and logging your totals in here and then compare that to losing 2 pounds a week and see how far off you are. I echo everyone statements on here. Not to mention on a starvation diet you body will literally be canabalizing your muscles and bones to keep your internal organs running.
