My favorite is strawberry banana. 1cup of ice, 2TB of formula 1, 2 TB protein powder, 2 strawberries(I do 3 sometimes), 1/4 of a banana, 1/2 TB of banana pudding mix, 4oz soymilk and 4 oz water. Yummy!
