You're both very lucky. The cheapest gym in Qatar comes to around 500USD/YEAR. I joined one last year & broke my ankle a few months later. I lost hair thinking about the money I was wasting

That's nice, think of the long-term plan. You see some of the biggest loser contestants gain quickly right after the finale. It's not healthy. But then again for half a mil, I would live in the gym

Congrats :) i haven't lost weight so I'm not an expert, but from what I read 4-6 pounds a month is perfect. Anything more & the skin doesn't umm..."elastic back"(there's a term I'm forgetting haha)
