                Um, my kids don't have that luxury of just not doing anything. They either contribute to the household, get decent grades ion school, or get a job. Period. Pull yourself up by the bootstraps and get busy. The longer you do it, the easier it becomes. Take it one day at a time.

                PMS is a *****. But you can combat it. Drink LOTS of fluids to help flush out the bloat. cut WAY back on sodium a week before. And eat lots of fiber. It has helped me with my monthly bloating.

                I don't like dial scales. If you move them from one place to another they can change. They just aren't as accurate as a decent digital.                 It is probly the sodium but depending on what you ate, it might also be the fat content as well, I would eat something light and fairly bland if you're hungry, like some toast with a little honey, and drink plenty of water to help flush out the chinese food.

                The bacon I eat is 60 calories per 2 slice serving. When my diary says I ate 15 calories of bacon it's because I only ate half a slice or 1/4 of a serving.

                Good job!!! There are lots of ways to move your body while in a seated position too... get some small weights and work your arms and legs.                 YUP!!!! Found the stuff at Walmart recently. 45 cals vs almost 200? Uh Heck yeah!!! The chocolate peanut butter is really good too. I even mix in about 1/2 tsp of honey and cut back on the water so it isn't runny.... Tastes soooo good on half an english muffin!
