This is soooo embarrassing to even admit, but if I went thru a drive thru, or into a carryout and ordered food, I would pretend I was on my cell phone and ordering for someone else. I deleted someone who's entire profile was private, I mean the whole thing, only thing you saw was her pic and name...why accept friend requests if you want to keep EVERYTHING private? I enjoy looking at people's diary's for food ideas, and to see their goals, weight loss progress, etc.. so it didn't make any sense to me…

I have been eating one for breakfast, and at least 1 more at some point in the day...ya think 2 hard boiled eggs a day is bad, or should I cut it back to 1? I just like that they are a source of protein, yummy, and low in calories :)

all you have to do is enter all of those ingredients into the database on here and it should tell you...may not be 100% accurate, but will be pretty darn close...

I don't personally use WW, the actual program, I do however buy a lot of their food at the grocery store. I actually prefer the WW frozen meals over Lean cuisines and Healthy Choice. They have a lot of options, and they actually taste halfway decent, not to mention that they make other food options, such as shredded cheese…

I usually eat breakfast at 8:30, have a mid morning snack around 10:30-11, eat lunch at 12:30, mid afternoon snack around 2:30, dinner around 6, then a small evening snack around 8 or so
