1.Pushed myself through a work out even though I am tired and really didnt feel like it today! 2. Added more weight to my bench press! 3. Packed healthy snacks for work :) Cheers to everyone and their healthy choices!

Feeling great! My arms werent sore so that was a plus! My legs are still a little sore but not too bade! Also, Im really happy becuae I talked my husband into doing the challenge with me!!!! YAY!

Im 5'4'' and currently weigh 169lb. My fighting weight (goal, "normal" weight) is usually 150-145lb. The lowest Ive ever weighed was 140 and it was HARD to get there (I did it because I had to for weight measurements to join the military). I think weight vs. body build has a lot to do with it too...I have a very short…

So, second work out done...and I had to stop half way up my stairs after haha (wobbly legs!) I was fearing the jump squats but I think they were actually my fave in the end! For my back work out I just added 30 seconds of "superman" (laying on belly arms and legs off ground) 3x I actually completed all 3 rounds this time!…

Im going to give it my best shot...I am pretty out of shape, so hopefully I can do all of it (recently Ive just been walking). Also, I have Finals this week, and I know it is an excuse...but I may have to scale back the work outs FOR THIS WEEK ONLY! I promise!!!! :blushing:

mmm the edamame sounds tasty!!! Thank you all! I had toast with peanut butter! I usually dont worry about fruit sugars too much, but over the past 2 days Ive had a lot of fruit...Im kinda frutied out haha! I unfortunately battle added sugar (especially in my tea/coffee!) I will definitely keep these ideas!
