I figured out that I can definitely reach the (typoed) goal that I set for myself for this challenge - 357 - if I lose an average of 3 lbs a week, which hasn't been too hard lately.   • Vicky, BMR and BMI aren't the same thing. BMR is Basic Metabolic Rate, and it should be that high.
