I guess I would be the oldest at 59. Suffering from menopause and just can't get the weight off. Trying my best and hopefully it will eventually come off. Would love more friends!

You can add me as a friend. I just turned 59 and menopause has sure made me put on the weight and I am having a very hard time getting it off.

I make my husband foods he likes, but I don't care for. It makes it so much easier for the both of us. Or I will make meal with salad to have before hand. If I eat the salad I don't feel like eating as much of the regular meal.

I am a emotional eater to! I try to do other things but food is always the first thing I go to. Really going to try to change that this year. I have a big family wedding in May and would really like to look good for it. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds by then. You have a very serious reason to lose weight and that…

My favorite one is: Put in frozen chicken breast (as many as you want) and dump in salsa. That's it! Taste great and not many calories.

I agree with you. It says I should have 1200 calories a day, but when I go to any other website it says 1600 calories. I have been doing the 1200 calories and not losing. So I am wondering if it is to low for me and I need the 1600. It gets very confusing.

I feel exactly the same way. My husband says he loves me no matter what. But I don't see how he could. I hate it when he touchs my belly!!

I only lost 1/2 pound the first week and then 1 pound the second week. Just keep up the good work and it will show up on the scale. Just give yourself time!! It took time to put the weight on, it will take take time to get it off. I know you can do it!

I'm in! I love the Biggest Loser.

Emotional eating is a hard habit to break, but don't give up. Try to eat some fruits you love, instead of the salty and chocolate things.

Hi, I am 5'2" and weight is 177 in a size 14. I don't understand how some people at same weight are in size 10 - 16. That is just weird
