Sorry not entirely with it... Exercise was 4 days average 30 mins plus a further 20 mins today. Also not sure about weigh in deadline in view of different time zones so I have just weighed myself at 180lbs - unchanged, which is I suppose not surprising when I have been unable to exercise. At least I didn't put any on!!

Apologies for not posting but Thursday morning I had a fall and jarred my back which has rather put a stop on my exercise and cooking plans ( being in bed or in a chair for 3 days). I fell pretty hard and may have cracked a tooth as I now have toothache to depress me further. Anyway a diet of mainly soup has not produced…

Hello green team colleagues! Sun is shining - it's been a while since we have seen it! And I've walked 4 miles, washed the dog and hope to get on the elliptical later for at least 20 minutes! Enthusiastic - yes! Lets hope it lasts! Water consumption target hopefully not a problem today as it is actually hot here!

Good music certainly can keep you motivated. Even for walking I find a good beat can help to keep a fast pace. Most of the stuff I listen to is Phil Collins, Michael Jackson, and would you believe - the Beatles! Bee Gees and even the latest soundtrack to Les Mis is good

Agreement from me. Trying to get my five a day and finding an apple and satsuma with my lunch plus some 'healthy' foods and I'm over for sugar. Have decided I'd rather have the benefits of fruit and ignore the limit as I'm still within the calories.

Hi all, I'm Pam, 52 and live in the south-east. I eat too much and although I would like to blame stress, insomnia and anything else for my eating, the fact is nothing in my wardrobe fits and my joints ache under the strain! I love anything sweet and I have forgotten where the gym is. Help!
