Great job Aradia and Butterfly! Today was a run day for me too. It was so hot and muggy today that I couldn't bring myself to do JM after 4 miles of blood, sweat and tears. Ok, it was just sweat but it was a lot of it. :noway: LOL! I feel so much better that I didn't let the heat deter me from my run. :bigsmile:

I did JM 30 DS yesterday. I did 30 DS today and jogged for the 3 miles. Team tired! :yawn: Happy I made it through the workout. Yay! I think this is day 6 of level one for me. I have to go back and count. Hahaha!

Day 4 of JM 30 DS for me. I took off from all exercises yesterday. Glad I did it!!! :smile:

Ok, I did it...whew and are my thighs (quads) sore. Thanks Jillian! I did 30 DS, third day in a row. Then I went to the park and ran for 3 miles. Boy did that hurt. I didn't think I was going to make it around the second time. I feel better that I did what I said I was going to do. Hope you ladies are progressing well.

Hi everyone. While I can't say that I love Jillian like all of you, I do respect her work. She drives me crazy :angry: but no doubt gets the results your looking for in a short period of time. So I guess it's a love/hate thing I have for her. I tried JM before but didn't finish the dvd due to an injury. So I'm back trying…

Yesterday was my day two of doing 30 DS and it was definitely harder than day one. But I got through it and was thrilled that I did it. I like to jog afterwards because I feel like I haven't burned enough calories for the day but I couldn't yesterday...too sore. I think some of the soreness is from my weed pulling on…

I can't stand the lunges with the bicep curls. I lose my balance every time.

L1D2 done at 10:30 this morning. Didn't feel well but I suffered through it anyway. :sick: I didn't have enough energy left to do my C25K though. Hopefully, I feel better tomorrow.

I too am overly endowed...lol. Thanks to the poster of this question. And thanks ladies for all the suggestions on bras to try. I will definitely be looking into some of these. I am also guilty of wearing a regular bra and a sports bra but I'm still not getting the support and "hold em down" non-movement I'm looking for.…

Yeah, my bathroom at work isn't exactly close either but I have to make this work. I've already shelled out too much money to quit now. I figure I'll develop a routine eventually but right now it's just a pain in the butt.

Congrats on completing your ortho treament. I hope you are happy with your results. I have to wear the invisalign all the time too, except when eating and drinking anything other than water. Thanks for the tips. One day at a time right...lol...ugh!
