I can only speak for myself, but no. Just good ol' diet and exercise, here.

I don't recommend this first part, but when I first started losing weight, I picked up smoking to keep my mouth busy. When I thought I could go by Taco Bell without getting anything, I stopped smoking and picked up chewing gum.

You have to stop worrying so much about "jiggly wobbly areas" and gaining fat. Everyone has fat. You can have fat and have a flat belly. I know that eating disorders are as much mental as they are physical, but if you really want to get healthy, you need to overcome your fear of "jiggly wobbly" parts. Everyone has those.…

I plan out most of my meals up til dinner, and make sure I leave like 300 calories in case I decide to have a snack or a pop or something.

I've gone down one size so far, and I go for clothes that are too big at first because I'm afraid that the smaller ones won't fit.
-
I used to be like that, but I overcame it with lots and lots of self discipline. I realized that the food will still be there even if I don't eat it all at once. :b

Hi! You'll get lots of support here :D It really helps you stay on track if you have goals, and little motivators for milestones. Like...every 20 lbs you go shopping for new clothes or something :3
-
My boyfriend isn't exactly "unsupportive" but he is rather indifferent. When I ask him if I look any different (just started talking progress pics) he just says "I dunno." When he says "yes" he refuses to say how I look different.

Mmmm...2 or 3 weeks probably.
-
Ew, that sucks. Are mages still OP?

I used to! I quit soon after Cata came out, but I've been told that Mists fixed everything Cata effed up. Like ret paladins. Which is what my main is >.<
-
Wow! I can definitely see a lot of change, there :) Fantastic :D
-
Oh yum, pizza rolls xD Good job c:

I do it for like 5 minutes all throughout the day. So I'll have like ten 5 minute "workout sessions" all through the day. It makes it less overwhelming to me.
-
Holy crap! You look fantastic NOW! Good luck with the last 36 lbs, though. You look like a totally different person, emotionally and physically.
-
Done it! Might do it again later :b The squats actually made my legs feel a little better, so, yay x3

My humble opinion is that everyone is a hypocrite in one way or another. No point in worrying about it. Actually, you're kind of doing what you said we shouldn't do. Not that it's bad, as I really don't care. I just think it's funny when people talk about "judging."
-
Honestly, OP, she probably doesn't see herself as skin and bones. I'm 5'4'' and was probably about 140 in this picture, and I could barely tell the difference between myself and someone who weighed 250 lbs. Self esteem issues really mess with your head. Looking back and being as big as I am, I see how silly I was.

Hey! Front butt here, too! I have trouble burning fat around that area, as well. All we can do is keep exercising and eating well, I suppose :D
-
No lie, I bought the exact same thing from Walmart. "Smart Ones" breakfast sandwiches. And I think they're like 350 calories.
-
Yeah, I second that. At 190 now I look way flabbier than I did the first time I was 190.
-
Yeowch :x I think comments like that hurt the most because they're being completely genuine and are not trying to be nice, because what they're saying isn't mean :o
-
Whoa you are ripped! You look awesome :D
-
I lost 20 lbs with no exercise other than what I did at work. Losing weight has been harder since then, though, so I exercise now.

I remembered something that happened to me recently. Wasn't "bad" necessarily, but it pissed me off. I had a skinny friend (who has never been fat) tell me that he doesn't think I'm dedicated enough when I was telling what I usually eat. I was saying low fat stuff and chicken, and lean pockets, and he had the nerve to say…

I don't make New Year's resolutions. I don't see the point to it, really. If someone REALLY wanted to change something, they would do it immediately. Most of the time, anyway. For every one person who sticks to a resolution, there are 99 who make the same one, keep it up for a week, and quit.

Dem earbuds. And your hair. :3
-
That's just terrible :( What jerks. I probably would have said something xD

Lettuce, one piece of cut up buffalo chicken, a drizzle of ranch, some shredded carrots, and a bit of cheese :3 I prefer taco lettuce. Ya know, the shredded stuff.
