True. My strategy is all wrong. Thus far, I have followed the "I will not give you cookies" approach in that I *could not* give you cookies because I had eaten them all myself. Well, there's some inspiration wrapped up in a big fat dose of personal humility! I have a few health issues that have certainly contributed to my weight but not as much as me snarfing every bad thing in sight. To have faced the prospect of amputation, chronic pain and quality of life issues that you have and overcome them…
