I am done for now, and won't be trying again for a while! I have moved to Insanity which is going to take up quite a bit of time! Thank you for this group though because it really gave me some great new friends and wonderful motivation during this challenge! :) Have a marvelous day!! :)

I agree!! It would be crazy to push your body to do week 3/4 after a week off!! The way I see it is we are going to get a little extra prep time for the end of this thing! :) I can use all the prep I can get! I really think it was the best decision to start over!! :) I have now gone through days 1-6 (with rest day #7 being tomorrow), and I can feel that it has been working me a lot more (perhaps could even say better) than originally when I either skipped days completely or missed days then made them up with another days…

I will be doing day 1 today, so I will finishing later than most! I still have about 24 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. This sounds amazing, and I will definitely be trying this! Also our first year planting Swiss Chard, and have had great success growing it! :) Needed additional ideas as well since we only could think to put it in salads.
