Um, you're not supposed to eat like that every day. Fasting is supposed to be a one or two day ordeal, known as "intermittent fasting." You're not doing your body any favors eating that way for long periods of time, that's for sure. I suggest you eat normally..

You just pick yourself and keep going. Everyone makes less then great food choices,I know I have a lot of times. The difference is when you recognize you don't want to ruin what you've accomplished so you get back on track. Happens to the best of us. Best of luck to keeping to it.

I get my knee-highs from all over the place. You just have to look. I got some at Five Below, Sears, Target, Hot Topic (but I don't shop there much anymore, I am too cheap).
