Glute ham raise is a great exercise

LMAO, as long as your heart rate is high enough, it doesn't matter what piece of equipment you are using. By the way... I wouldn't consider men's health as a reliable source of information :)

I'm waiting for the Amiigo, on paper is way better than others tracker
-
Cardio equipment always overestimate calories burned, probably to keep the users motivated  My stationary bike says I burn almost 900 cals in 45 minutes... a real number it's probably half than that

Chest exercises: bench press (flat and incline), db flyes (flat and incline), chest press, db press (flat and incline)... I don't know tomwhat extent they can help to keep your breast firmer, but ypu can give it a go

I'm chased by a ferocious dog, I'm chased by a ferocious dog, I'm chased by a ferocious dog

YAYOG (you are your own gym) is a good one

You can do pretty much everything with db, problem is with the fixed one you won't do much once you strength will start to oncrease. A better idea would be adjustable db, with a good amount of plates.

I do cardio in the AM and lift in the PM, problem solved :)

Hi, I posted in the thread and haven't received the invite
-
First of all, fix your diet, it have to be spot on. 100 lbs is more then 40kg, quite a bit overweight, so in the beginning I would go with something easier on your joints. What's your fitness level?
-
Definitely THIS! Today I had 35g of carbs and still manage to cycle 40 minutes, swim for 45 and do my weight training session.
-
My week usually looks like this: 7x 40 minutes Stationary bike , 3x 40 mìnutes swimming, 3x weight training. If one day you don't feel like training, than don't... the important thing is that 'one day' doesn't become everyday, but once in a while, you can skip a training day

Go heavy and check this thread http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1045433-women-lifting-heavy-with-pics

You don't burn a lot of calories with strength training
-
You can try and see if you recover quick enough. I'm doing cardio in the AM and swimming plus weight training in the PM and I'm still alive and healthy. The important thing is to rest, eat enough and listen to your body.
-
Feel free to add me. Most o the time clean eating low carb or carb cycling

Try to add these to your abs routine http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ms-fit5.htm

Now that I'm back doing daily cardio, is around 57/60. I'm 43

Used it once, not bad as an anti-inflammatory, antioxydant. For my creaky/squeaky joints, I use MSM+chondroitin+glucosammine, some fish oil doesn't hurt as well.
