I agree with everyone - don't weigh yourself. I had my husband hide the scale and I go by how my clothes fit. I'm doing 30DS and C25K and MFP and it works fine for me since I have gone down one dress size and still losing inches. Level - Day 6 this morning and I'm not as sore as when I started. I wasn't feeling very well when I got up this morning but I went and "shred" anyways. I'm glad I did because though I'm a little sore, I feel much, much better. Let's keep "shredding" folks!

Giving you kudos for still being a professional and keeping your calm. Just keep doing what you're doing and don't let these types of people get in your head. I'm on day 4 and really getting a sweat doing the shred but I LOVE IT! My little victory yesterday was getting through the jumping jacks! I just go to YouTube for Level 1 but I borrowed the DVD from my local library. Check yours too, they might have a copy so you don't have to buy :)

I am 5'0 and my goal weight is 130 although my UGW says between 100-120 lbs. I don't think I want to be that small and like you, I find it hard to imagine that I will be that small. Whatever you are comfortable with... go for it :)
