  • I normally eat around 1200 and it's been working for me. However I'm basically sedentary and I'm really small(4'11").
  • 21 pounds in 9 weeks is amazing, you have nothing to be upset about. This is all about patience and putting in the work. Even my weight stalls every once in a while :). Just keep going, you're doing great.
  • I still eat ice cream on occasion. I don't see anything wrong with it, in moderation. I talked to my aunt the other day and I guess she hasn't eaten ice cream in a while, I guess she's on some diet. All I could think was "you're missing out".

  • For most people to notice it took about 20 pounds(somewhere in that ball park). My mom noticed sooner than that, probably around 10 pounds because she sees me all the time. Now people keep asking me what I'm doing to lose the weight.
  • I pretty much have a constant craving for peanut butter, I have learned to ignore it until the end of the day when I decide if I'm gonna give in or let it go.

  • Never opened a joint facebook account with my ex but we did have a joint email account. I don't know if it's still open because he opened it(obviously I had the login info at one point)but after we broke up I decided I didn't wanna log in on it anymore so it's been months since I even attempted to log in.
  • Well, we aren't together anymore but even when we were together, he couldn't access my account but he was a friend on here. He trusted me not to cheat on him so he knew he didn't have to keep watch on me :).

  • Romantic attention...no. But I think part of that is I, with my body language, make it quite clear that I am not interested. But I have been noticed by lots of people because I've lost a lot of weight.
  • Currently it's set at 120(I'm 4'11"). I'm just a shade under 10 pounds away. I'll probably lower my goal weight though. Not sure what my final number will be.
  • You guys can add me if you want. Although I'm close to reaching my original goal which is 75 pounds lost I'm going to probably lose more because I still have some room for more weight loss and will still be healthy. All that said, I'm not going anywhere.

  • I used to eat ketchup with ruffles and still eat ketchup with eggs(I think the latter is genetic because my mom does it too). However the one that used to get me the most grief(my now ex boyfriend asked me if I was pregnant when I told him I was eating it)is peanut butter and dill pickle sandwich.

  • My doc didn't tell me, one day I woke up from my fantasy that everything was fine that I was of normal weight for my height and decided to do something about it. I informed him several months after I started that I was in the process of losing weight. While he didn't say I needed to, he didn't argue with me losing weight.
  • I started out with a total of 75-85 pounds to lose, but I'm going to re evaluate what number I want to lose because I'm really tiny so I have a lot I can still lose.   • Not really sure how many pounds translates to one size for me but I've lost about 56 pounds and went from a size 16(in some I probably should have been wearing an 18)to anywhere from an 8 to a 12(the 12 is a bit loose on me). Most of my pants are size 10 though.

  • Truthfully I'm only really careful on my salt for a day or so after eating out. I hardly ever am under my sodium goal either. I do weigh most of my foods(dinner is a little less strict as I do not usually cook dinner)
