Yes but it mostly happens when I'm out and not in control of where we eat(which usually ends up being fast food)

I always weigh my ice cream. For me it's better because it's more accurate than measuring it in a cup. People have gotten used to me pulling out my scale for ice cream or whatever else I feel needs a weight on it prior to me eating it.

It was about 25 pounds in before people really noticed anything, I think they're making up for it now though because every time I see them they ask me what I'm doing to lose so much weight.

Mine is locked because at a critical time in my weight loss far too many people were being judgemental about my entries so I just closed it and gave the code to a select few.

Feel free to add me, I have some left to lose(depends on what I determine as my goal). Right now I have about 12 pounds to go until goal but I might still lose some, I'm small(4'11")so that in mind, I could go down pretty tiny and still be at a healthy weight.

My feet were small to start with. 6 to 6.5 depending on the brand/designer. However since I've been losing weight I haven't noticed a change in my feet, my hands are a different story though. A ring that used to be tight on me I now have to think about taking it to get resized because it's getting to be big on me.

Mine is kinda mid range for what is healthy for me, however when I get there if I don't like the way I look I will reset it for something else.

When I'm sick I take time off(for me that also includes epileptic seizures)because I don't want whatever I'm recovering from to become worse.

This happens to me if I wait until after I've eaten to log things. You might think I'm joking when I say this but I've been know to take a picture of my plate(before I dig in)with my smart phone. Otherwise I have to depend on my memory and that doesn't always work.
