Somewhere around 10 pounds for me. My friend came over to my house last fall after I'd been dieting along with exercise for a few months and asked me what I'd been doing because I looked awesome! I had been dieting for a while before I joined mfp.

I am like this, when I get stressed/overly emotional I often forget to eat. That's when I start thinking to myself, ummm it's almost dinner time and what did I eat today??? Most of it is because when I get stressed I start to get a sick feeling in my stomach and I know better than to put anything down there in those times.

I usually eat mine back too unless I have a lot left and I'm not hungry. Learned not to force myself to eat.

You can do it! I also gained a good portion of the weight I had lost around November and December( holiday eating I'm guessing) but since have lost all that weight and even a little more!

I also used to get upset over weight gain during time of month. It took a bit but I finally decided not to worry about it when I gain during that time, it usually comes off on its own.

mfp has me at 1230 so, not too much more but still more than 1200.

Try for only Friday mornings, but...usually end up weighing at least 4 times a week.

When I first started really trying to lose weight, I was also upset about losing just one pound, but something happened and now I am happy even if it's only half a pound(sometimes less) but I learned the hard way, a loss is a loss, doesn't matter how small it is.

I agree with those that are saying you probably need to raise the amount of calories you are taking in. I was really strict on my calories for a while and my weight was going nowhere. Raised them a bit, and for now at least my weight loss has been steady. Little bits but still a loss.

Nice job! I also have jeans that I either have to be careful to not walk or run in them or.....choose different pants, because wearing a belt doesn't help me anymore. Even my newer smaller pants are getting to be too big. Kinda bittersweet because I just bought them not that long ago and I almost cant wear them.

I run into this a lot myself. Most days I'm lucky if I can make my calories add up to 1000 then MFP warns me that I'm not eating enough.

I told my ex that looks werent the only thing I looked for in a man, for some reason he was surprised! ha ha, I told him in order for it to last with me, he has to make me laugh too.
