Oh no! I just remembered I am on Vacation Mon 3/21, and will be gone from 3/17-3/25 (not sure if I will have internet access or not). I don't think I will have access to a scale, so can I just update you for 2 weeks (3/21 and 3/28) on 3/28?

Hi :) I'm Lyndsey... 7 week goal- 10 + lbs Exercise goal- hit the gym at least 3x/wk, plus another activity at least 1x/wk (zumba or JM 30D Shred) Diet goal- change up my veggies a bit (instead of eating the same ol thang), try to eat less processed foods, more than 1 fruit a day

This has happened to me in the past...not sure what the reasoning was... One day I was SO PSYCHED because I lost over 4 lbs, and then weighed myself the next day (silly me!) and I gained almost all of it back... Some say it might be water retention due to sodium intake...i donno...it took a little while to even out…

I did 30D Shred (well, I spread it out though). I was pretty consistent with Level 1, but Level 2 I have only done 4 days of in the past month. So, it is harder for me to tell if the routine is having a big role in my success or not. I still can't do the push ups, so don't sweat it! :)

When I had my HRM, it would tell me I was burning almost twice the calories than what the elliptical was telling me...I knew something wasn't right...not sure which was correct...

I usually put it on manual mode, set my resistance and incline, and usually burn about 900 or so calories in an hour (or so the machine says! lol). An hour feels like a long time in the beginning, but once I get the first 15/20 minutes out of the way, I just tell myself, "OK, I only have to do that another 4/3 times!" and…
