Welcome! My sis lives in the same town as you...I live in CT, right over the MA border... I also walk during lunch, I find it to be a nice mid day break to get out of the office...mine is only about 25 min walk though. As it is getting colder, that will end soon :( Hope you are enjoying the site so far!!!

I agree with Thamantha-we don't really see a difference, but others definately do!! Not that it would make you feel better, but I didn't really notice anything until I lost 40-50 lbs and my clothes got baggy... Congrats on what you have lost so far!!! :D

weigh-in for Week 2: Not sure if this is even worth reporting-the scale says 206.2 and 206.0 (so between a 0.2 - 0.4 lb loss this week; starting weight for this challenge 207.4, Week 1 weight 206.4). my fiance jokes that if I were to take out a coupon on our first date, he would have asked me to marry him right then and there...lol we are both "frugal" haven't come across that situation in the past though, I would find it weird if someone did that...
