Got an extra 4.5 miles in today! (combo of jogging & walking) I actually jogged on the treadmill at the gym today! (a 1st for me!) Hope everyone is having a good start of the week!! :D

I am confused. originally the challenge said burn an "extra 500 calories/day"...extra meaning in addition to what you already do? Or 500 TOTAL for the day, for a TOTAL weekly caloric burn of 3500?

Ok, so I did the math wrong originally. If I am starting my week on Friday 7/29, ending Thurs 8/4, that means that last week (Fri 7/22-Thurs 7/28) I burned 1010+ 554+580+1238 = 3382 calories...if I add another 3500 to that (extra 500 per day), I would have to burn 6682 this week (7/29-8/4)...that's still INSANE. I am the one that wrote 9000 calories (I burned 5500 last week, so to add another 3500 on top of that would be INSANE)...I think what I am going to do is look at other weeks and compare, because last week was a LOT for me to begin with...I don't think I could make 9,000 calories this week anyways! :/
