Raspberry ketones? You mean I can get my ketone bodies to smell/taste like raspberries? EDIT: HAHA, I just found the one study on raspberry ketones. Its on rats, and hasn't been studied in humans. Why would you take this pill, and not just lower your fat intake? AND 2% of your diet would have to come from these things.

Yes, essential fatty acids are fat (hence the name) and should be counted towards your daily fat allotment. Anything you put in your mouth counts towards your daily caloric allotment.
