I'm sure it really all depends on how 'bounce aroundy' you are. I can't be that vigorous yet in Zumba, due to mostly tripping over my own feet, but maybe one day I'll be able to do the wiggling and the bouncing and all that. :) I DO get a workout, I"m sweating buckets, but i'm often just walking out the routines.

37 for a few months yet, 230 pounds, and starting this exercise thing...again! I lost 25 last year, but gained it back in unemployment. (i worked AT a personal training studio as admin, so that helped!! ) Now I know what a good workout should feel like, so i'm going to go at it again! Rawr!
