I did it for two or three weeks then just upped it on my own, after a week of doing that I didn't need it anymore. If you keep pushing yourself you can do anything, if you can run 5 then you can do 7 after a week pushing it then double it, whats the worst that can happen? you'll get tired and lose 14 mins of your life or…

any veggie drink you buy at the store are going to be pasteurized, So that cooks out all the goodness in them but, other then that they taste good, have 1500mg of salt and go good with vodka, I say friend

lunch meat, steak, onions, corn tortilla strips, hot sauce, veggies...sky is the limit, bacon, sausage, cheese. I think I have had just about had everything under the sun till I read this..... baked bean! really?

I would get up crazy early eat right all day, later in the evening workout hard then go home eat then take some Tylenol PM, you do that for a week it will change your eating and sleeping habits. and yes you can take Tylenol PM for a week, it will help you with the leg and foot pain and help you sleep
