I would just use all the whites and one yoke

water is 1/3 of peoples weight loss, a lot more people would lose tons if they would just drink more

LOL. My wife and kids names are very close just like your family's. Sharla, Shayla, Shayna, Shaylee. I alway get the names mixed up.

I gained 10lbs in 24 hours then on my next weigh day I lost that plus 3. you need to weigh at the same time and day with the same clothes on to get a good reading.

do what I do at convenient stores, I take all my stuff up to the counter and ask to use the restroom if they say they dont have one for customers I leave all my stuff there and walk away.

I love watching the GIRLS lifting 10Lbs on a machine and pretty much just going though the motions :P Hmmm " why cant I burn any calories? It must be the water I'm retaining! " O..o ?? had to stick up for the guys

I'm in the "severe obese" category and you can do my exercise 15 on the bike set on 10 as fast as you can go 15 on the elliptical set on 10 as fast as you can go 10 on the treadmill uphill set on 3.5 20 on the treadmill jog 5.5 I do this every other day thats it, once you feel you can do more just add more to your jog

one meal is not going to make you go in a tail spin just drink water and do the best you can with what you got on hand even 1000 calories over is not the end of the world
