MMMmm......pizza :) instead of picking up my favorite pizza I goto Cici's and pick up a few up, their pizza is 130-145 a slice a lot better then the one I love thats 500+ a slice

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!! find some good friend on here to get you going, if you dont hear from them in a week or two kickem out and find some more. 80% of mine get me ready for the week, day, hour. good luck and get out there and burn it up!!

I like 1 oz. of dry oatmeal to 10Lbs of water, it fills me up for the whole day :P

I'm right there with you, I met my wife years back at a pizza place we worked at and I received a free pizza every day I worked there, 3 years and I think I eat one (small) every day too :)

like everyone else said 7Lbs is good but, I did notice on your food diary that you have a lot of days your not hitting your 1200 or just right on the edge of it, have you tried eating a bit more? it mite help you out.

if your drinking 2 liter + a day which is a little over 4 pound of just water how do you account this myth "water weight" that you lady's are always talking about?

I just stopped eating it, theres a lot of stuff I just had to stop eating. most lunch meats, American cheese, mayo, hot dogs, Ice cream, milk for the most part, I do use 2% for oatmeal, cookies, cake, candy and sugar

MY favorite pizza place, because if I buy a pie from them I know I cant have just one slice which is around 550 calories. I could easily sit and eat 6 slices too, I just don't buy it. I goto Cici's and get their pizza it don't taste that great but, it does the job and its only around 130-140 a slice :)

the only way to help you is to tell you the truth, you know what you ate to get you and your hubby in the shape your in now, So you must do a 180 and eat somethings you mite not like or stay the same. Sorry if it sounds mean, you cant poor sugar on a brussel sprout and call it healthy :)

I added 2 days to my exercise and it took 240 calories from me :/ , so if you add more day and time it should do the same for you

I just adjusted my exercise from 1 to 3 days a week and it gave me less calories a day. I workout every other day and just wanted to change it. maybe you should put down no exercise then latter add 1 day. I lost 18Lbs the first month with no exercise at all,So I know it can be done. keep it up, you can do it!!! everyone on…

its at least 500 if you broke a sweat, I went to the driving range earlier and burned 500+ in 90 mins

2lbs a week, some weeks I will set a mini goal like last week I hit a 4lbs goal :)
