I put some miles on the mountain bike, but mostly because it's still shiny and new and I wanted to shake off post-cruise cobwebs of the legs :)

Bouncing back from an overuse knee injury, I've managed 136 miles so far this month. I want to get back to 250 in January just on the road bike, maybe 15 miles on the mountain bike :)

Medication sucks, and often it gets in the way because it either comes with a boatload of unintended consequences, or it stops being effective and you and your doc have to figure out how to get you back on track.
