You're fine. I dont eat breakfast either. I lost most of my weight on intermittent fasting. Only eating noon-8pm. It didnt screw me up :)

Certain areas will hurt more. Any place where there is minimal fat to cushion. It will also hurt on a very muscular area. But not bad enough to stop me from getting the ones I have, and more to come. Do it, you'll be fine.

Start by cutting cals to lose weight, and walking. Worry about exercise videos when you are physically able to do them.

bro. I lost 120lbs eating KFC and pizza every week. It's not that hard. It's actually EASIER if you're heavy. You can consume more calories than a skinnier person and still be in a deficit. If you want real pizza you can have it, you just need to eat in moderation.

I don't like large M&Ms in my ice cream. They get too hard. The mini ones, or Reese's pieces are the best.
