what's your height/weight? I wouldn't go below 1800 a day, especially if you're going to be running/training that much.

All these things you tried, but were you counting calories? I can get my colon cleansed 3x a week, but if i'm eating 5k cals a day i'm not gonna lose anything.

protein is protein. Either from chicken, beef, or powder. Just fit it into your calories and macros for the day. Also, toning muscle does not exist. You build muscle or lose muscle. There is no "toning" edit: whey powder is fine. Any kind of protein powder is fine really
