  • Does the water intake only count for plain water? Would diet Lipton Green Tea count towards that? Because I've only been entering actual glasses of plain water but I drink a few of those green teas a day.   • A BC Powder and water before bed. I used to drink Vitamin Zero water the next day but green tea seems to help more. Sometimes Gatorade. Exercise helps if you can manage to do it without throwing up! A nap works. And McDonald's 1/4lb cheeseburger with fries!

  • Today is day 6 for me. I signed up with MFP a couple of years ago but this is the first time I've gotten involved with the msg board. It's made a world of difference! I haven't lost any weight yet but I'm eating healthier at the very least. Stick with the boards and you'll (we'll!) do great! Everyone is so supportive.
