I love to use the frozen salmon fillets. They are individually wrapped too. I take one out in the morning to thaw and season it and pour a little olive oil on it. Throw it in the oven at 400 deg for about 15-20 minutes. And I eat steamed broccoli with it too.

OK, instead of doing the week 1 program, I skipped to week 3 since I feel that I'm fit enough. I used the treadmill since I find it easier on my body than running outside. Exercise is important to me because I don't lose weight if I don't exercise, no matter what my caloric intake is. Besides, as I'm losing fat, these curvy muscles are forming and popping out, and they look good. :happy:

I don't think you attempt to lose weight because that would probably end up being a losing battle. You're supposed to gain weight with pregnancy. i would probably just focus on eating healthy for your baby and keeping fitness up (maybe walking about 30 minutes or swimming laps) to maintain health throughout the pregnancy.

I've had some trouble getting my exercise in because of final exams and the rain. But yesterday, I decided to try out a workout I could do in my own room at any time and for any amount of time. Dancing. So I went on youtube, made of playlist of Lady Gaga, Usher, and Beyonce and just danced for 30 minutes. :laugh:
