I'm in for 40 minutes / 10 miles for 7/21.

I got in my 30 minutes for 7/20 -- barely! Started at 10:10 and went until 10:40. My legs are still sore from yesterday's Zumba class (first day back) and bike ride. Last night I had KILLER calf cramps in my left leg, so I'm sore from that as well. Definitely took tonight's ride easy at 12 mph (on bike trainer). Broke a…

30 minutes for 7/19. I would have done more, but my Zumba classes started up again, today. Having been without for two weeks, an hour of it totally kicked my butt, today.

Check-in time! 7/16 was a rest day for me, as I spent the day at a friend's bachelorette party (woot!). Got in 30 minutes for 7/17 and 7/18. PS: I think my calves might be getting slimmer and more toned. Not sure ... I should measure.

Woot! I'm in for 60 minutes for 7/15. I've been trying to pace myself more and go for endurance rather than speed. The downside is that my average endurance speed (on my bike trainer) is 15 mph, at which point my heart rate likes to rest JUST below the target zone. Lame! Oh well. Progress.

7/14 rode for 60 minutes.

Got in 35 minutes and 10 miles for 7/13.

I'm in for 7/12 -- 31 minutes, again. This is what I get for riding late in the evening! Bah.
-
31 minutes for 7/11. I need to start stepping it up!

I'm in at 32 minutes for 7/10.

I have PCOS -- was diagnosed at 17 when I finally brought up the fact that I never had periods and was starting to get nervous about it (after the awesomeness wore off). My doc has me on BC (Yaz) and I've been on various forms of BC since I was 17 (7 years). I'm hoping that losing weight will help out with things. My…

I got in 44 minutes for 7/9. Did a good hard ride on the back roads.
-
Got in 32 minutes, today (7/8). I feel like I did the bare minimum, but my average speed was 18 mph, so I don't feel so bad.
-
Got in 60 minutes for 7/7. For days that we say are rest days, could that be noted on the list? I don't like seeing a missing date by my name. My first rest day was 7/6. I'm tracking my minutes for each day on a calendar. I LOVE seeing the days fill up.

Ended up having to take 7/6 as a rest day, dangit. Our usual Wednesday night dinner potluck with friends ran WAY long, tonight. I think I'm going to have to start doing my ride in the mornings on Wednesdays, just in case. Wasn't planning on a rest day this early in the game! Keep up the great work, guys!

Got in 60 minutes for 7/5.

I did about 37 minutes today (7/4). Rode from my house to my in-laws' house -- 8.25 miles.
-
I got in 60 minutes for 7/3. Woot!

Oh, and start tracking your stats! As things start changing -- being a nerd -- you should enjoy graphing the changes and watching the downward trends. I love doing that and it keeps my motivation up.

As a graphic designer, I'm on my computer all day at work, and come home and snuggle up on the couch with my laptop (CR-48, baby!). My main anti-snacking tip at work is to keep a water bottle next to me at all times, and it's one of the ones with a straw, so I can drink from it throughout the day without really thinking…

Change mine to 7/2, actually. Haven't ridden for 7/3, yet.

You're not crazy or wrong -- that "doctor" is! I'm in shock at the way she treated you and I would feel just as terrible about it, as well. You go there looking for support in helping heal your knee, and get totally ripped into. Ugh, I'm so sorry you had to go through that! :flowerforyou: And ANY doctor of ANY field who…

Got in a solid 60 minutes! @CDGolden: Way to rock the argyle!

Will do! :-)

Absolutely! I'm there! I'm so bummed that I don't have a way of watching the Tour, this year. We don't have cable, and even if we did, our cable provider sucks and doesn't carry any stations that cover the Tour. Lame! So I'm limited to small snippets online. EDIT: It's on NBC! So I can watch it! Yay!

Looooove it! So proud of you, Casey! I've always thought you were beautiful and in my mind you've ALWAYS been skinny. Love you! :flowerforyou:

Exactly! A couple of years ago, I would have laughed if you'd told me that I'd be eating (and enjoying!) a lot of the foods that I do now. There are things I dislike, but I can't say that I hate anything, and I'm always open to trying it again to see if my tastes have changed. With lima beans, things never seem to change…

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't eat meat, but I wonder if it would be good in a veggie saute ... hmm.
